Paul H. Jona - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, CoActive Technologies

Paul H. Jona was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for CoActive Technologies in November 2007. Paul formerly spent 12 years with Amphenol Corporation, an interconnect systems company with 2006 revenues of $2.5 billion, where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President responsible for the Global Cable Systems Group. Prior to joining Amphenol in 1995, Paul held several senior positions during thirteen years in four different countries with the Electronic Materials Division of EI DuPont de Nemours & Co. Paul holds a Master's Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), Phoenix, Arizona, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington and is an alumnus of Nijenrode, the Netherlands School of Business.

Tom Schultz - Chief Financial Officer, CoActive Technologies

Tom Schultz was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for CoActive Technologies in August 2009. Tom has held for the last 3 years the position of CFO at tedrive Holding BV, a private equity owned carve-out of Visteon’s Global Chassis and Powertrain Business Unit with revenues more than $ 700m. Prior to joining tedrive, Tom was working as Director Finance & Strategy at Visteon Corporation and Finance Director of Federal-Mogul European Aftermarket Operations. He started his early career in 1993 as Senior Manager M&A for a division of Alco Standard Cooperation in Philadelphia, USA. Tom has over 16 years experience in senior finance positions of multicomplex international organizations and graduated in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Bonn, Germany.

Christian Blanc – Vice President & General Manager, C&K Components Europe

Christian Blanc is the Vice President & General Manager for C&K. Christian is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the C&K business worldwide. Christian has worked for the CoActive Technologies business (former ITT Switches) since joining in June 1992. He started his early career with the company as North America Product Manager and has since held a number of sales, engineering and managerial positions in Paris and Dole, France. Christian has over 22 years of industry experience in a variety of roles. Prior to joining ITT, he was a Senior Sales Manager for IBM France. Christian received his engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers (ENSAM). Christian reports to Paul Jona, CEO and Chairman.

Gary Mountford – General Manager, C&K Components Americas

Gary Mountford is the General Manager for C&K in the America’s which includes our Newton MA and San Jose Costa Rica facilities. He is responsible to implement our strategy for top line and market share growth in this critical marketplace for CoActive, while achieving our EBIDTA and cash flow objectives. Gary has been with C&K since 1996 and has held positions in Sales, Product Management, Operations and General Management . He has over 20 years experience in the Electronic Component industries, previously working with Augat, Molex, and Arrow Electronics. Gary has a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College, and his undergraduate degree from Babson College in Wellesley MA. Gary reports to Christian Blanc, Vice President and General Manager C&K worldwide.

Mario Tse – General Manager, C&K Components Asia

Mario Tse joined the company as C&K Asia’s General Manager in September 2008. Mario is responsible to grow the Asian business significantly by deeper market penetration, and entering new market sectors. Prior to C&K, Mario has served 13 years in the switch business as Sales Director and Executive Director for one of the worldwide leading suppliers of switches, Defond. Mario was one of the driving forces to make Defond the No.1 switches supplier in Asia and has spearheaded the company’s international growth strategy. In his early career Mario worked for the Trade Development Council Hong Kong. Mario holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He reports to Christian Blanc, Vice President and General Manager C&K.

Willi Semmelroggen – Vice President & General Manager, DeltaTech Controls Worldwide

Willi Semmelroggen is the General Manager for DeltaTech Controls, worldwide. Willi is responsible for all aspects of the DeltaTech business including growth, financial performance, and strategic direction. He has over 30 years management experience in the electronics industry and has formerly worked in a variety of challenging assignments with ITT and Nixdorf Computer incl. assignments for several years in US and Singapore. Willi is a graduate from the University of Applied Science at Aalen/Germany with a degree in Electronics Engineering and has a degree in Electro mechanics from the Max-Planck-Institute. Willi reports to Paul Jona, CEO and Chairman.

Rick Haueter – General Manager, DeltaTech Controls Americas

Rick Haueter is the General Manager for DeltaTech Controls, Americas. As such he is responsible for all aspects of the DeltaTech Americas business including growth, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. He has over 24 years management experience in the electronics industry and has formerly worked in a variety of challenging assignments with ITT, Texas Instruments, and the US Army. Rick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in General Engineering, and has professional certifications in VBSS and ASQC. Rick reports to Willi Semmelroggen, General Manager DeltaTech Controls, worldwide.

Adrian Leck – General Manager, CoActive KDM

Adrian Leck was appointed General Manager CoActive KDM in Jan 2008, he is responsible for the global Keypads, Dome and Module business. Adrian has over 20 years experience within the KDM industry, he focused in lean manufacturing and global account management, and in 2002 he moved to China as Site General Manager in Tianjin before becoming China Operations Director. Adrian reports to Paul Jona.
