
Tom Schultz - Chief Financial Officer, CoActive TechnologiesTom Schultz was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for CoActive Technologies in August 2009. Tom has held for the last 3 years the position of CFO at tedrive Holding BV, a private equity owned carve-out of Visteon’s Global Chassis and Powertrain Business Unit with revenues more than $ 700m. Prior to joining tedrive, Tom was working as Director Finance & Strategy at Visteon Corporation and Finance Director of Federal-Mogul European Aftermarket Operations. He started his early career in 1993 as Senior Manager M&A for a division of Alco Standard Cooperation in Philadelphia, USA. Tom has over 16 years experience in senior finance positions of multicomplex international organizations and graduated in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from the University of Bonn, Germany. Tom Schultz is a member of the Executive Committee for CoActive Technologies.
Frédéric Chevreton – Chief Executive Officer, C&K ComponentsFrédéric Chevreton is Chief Executive Officer for C&K Components. He is responsible for all aspects of the C&K business including growth, financial performance, products development and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining C&K in July 2010, Frédéric has held several executive positions including General Manager, Cards and Services at Oberthur Technologies, two General Manager positions at Atmel and Director of Marketing at SGS Tho Microelectronics. Frédéric graduated with a post Graduate diploma in Semiconductor Physics and holds an Engineering degree in Electronics from EFREI in France. Fred reports to the Executive Committee for CoActive Technologies.

Gary Mountford is the General Manager for C&K Americas. He is responsible to implement our strategy for top line and market share growth in this critical marketplace for CoActive, while achieving our EBIDTA and cash flow objectives. Gary has been with C&K since 1996 and has held positions in Sales, Product Management, Operations and General Management . He has over 20 years experience in the Electronic Component industries, previously working with Augat, Molex, and Arrow Electronics. Gary has a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College, and his undergraduate degree from Babson College in Wellesley MA. Gary reports to Frédéric Chevreton.

William Xu is the General Manager, C&K-Comax. He is responsible for
the strategic direction and performance of the Comax site and
associated products. William has 18 years of internationally experience
in manufacturing and management and in the last 8 years he has held the
position of General Manager with Qualipac, Huhtamaki and ITT Cannon.
William holds an MBA (operations) degree from the University of
Colorado and a BSEE from the Central China University of Science &
Technology. William reports to Frédéric Chevreton.
Rick Haueter – Chief Executive Officer, DeltaTech ControlsRick Haueter is the Chief Executive Officer for DeltaTech Controls. Previously, Rick has served as General Manager of DTC-Americas and DTC-Worldwide. He has over 27 years leadership experience in the electronics industry and has formerly worked in a variety of challenging assignments in operations and engineering with ITT, Texas Instruments, and the US Army. Rick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in General Engineering, and has held professional certifications in VBSS and ASQC. Rick reports to the Executive Committee for CoActive Technologies.
Joachim Meyer-Quade – General Manager, DeltaTech Controls, EuropeJoachim Meyer-Quade is the General Manager for DeltaTech Controls, Europe. He joined the company as R&D Director Germany in 2000, serving as worldwide R&D Director from 2002. Joachim possesses nearly 30 years of engineering and managerial experience and was appointed GM in January 2010. He is responsible for the European Division of DeltaTech Controls including growth, financial performance, customer satisfaction and technology development. Prior to joining the company, he was R&D Director of the Control Systems Group at Adtranz / Daimler Chrysler Rail Systems for High Speed Trains. Joachim studied at Technical University Berlin and at University for Applied Sciences of German Telekom, receiving a Master‘s Degree on Electronic Engineering. He reports to Rick Haueter.
