Automated assembly, class 10K clean rooms, vacuum metallization, precision low profile molding, stamping, forming, multi shot injection, silicone and plastic co-mold, integrated assemblies, UV mold print, spraying of paints and surface coatings, laser etching and cutting.

Our fully autonomous world class tooling capability includes high speed CNC milling, CNC EDM, Wire-cut EDM, IMD forming tools.

Our keypad manufacturing site is TS16949, ISO 9001 2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified.

UV & Thin Keypads

Using the latest process developments we can meet the customer demands for ultra-thin and flexible keypad solutions, including high definition textures and a wide range of finishes, including metallization, brushed metal, aluminum, holographic, printing and phantom effects (below).

Plastic Keypads

Plastic/silicone assemblies support design flexibility and with our latest thin profile key caps we can provide low profile options with a wide options of cosmetic finishes including, vacuum metallization (VM), NCVM, laser etching, spray coatings, high abrasion resistance, bridgeless solutions, color matching, & highly resistive UV coatings. Plastic light guides, including twin shot to eliminate light bleed are available as a stand alone component or as part of a keypad assembly.

IMD Lenses & Cases

Using our IMD Keypad experience we can also supply lenses and cases with high abrasion & chemical resistance, matt to high gloss finishes, complex profiles, In-mold graphic transfer designs, with second surface printing and hard coating capability we can design lifetime abrasion resistance that give improved optical properties. We can also design EMI/RFI shielding into the product.

IMD keypads offer superior graphics with ultra-high abrasion resistance, our IMD product line includes a wide range of second surface cosmetic options, and the keys can be assembled to a substrate to improve flexibility and sealing.
